Fortegra Europe Insurance Company SE, registered at Office 13, SOHO Office The Strand, Fawwara Building, Triq I-Imsida, Gzira, GZR 1401, Malta, is authorised to conduct general insurance business under the Malta Insurance Business Act 1998. It is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority under Company Registration No. SE 17. The company is also listed in the Central Bank of Lithuania’s register as an EEA/EU insurance provider operating in the Republic of Lithuania without establishment (Registration No. 213800MSUL116VLGKZ71).

The Administrator is Rinkos Insurance Solution UADBB, a licensed insurance brokerage (Company Code: 124277099) regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, serving as the insurer’s representative. It facilitates the conclusion of insurance contracts, claims administration, and complaint resolution. Details regarding supervision by the Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority are available upon request.

AVAD Baltic UAB, an Apple Authorised Distributor, oversees the growth and development of the Apple brand in the Baltic States. It is also responsible for managing the Apple Authorised Reseller and Apple Service Provider network.
