Relax. Your device is in good hands. To check the validity period of your Extended Warranty or SmartCare, enter the unique serial number of your Apple device or SmartCare certificate number, along with the email address used to register your device.

What should I do in the case of an insured event?
Contact the nearest service centre within 30 days of the event. You can find the service centre addresses here.
We’ll handle the rest.
Has your device been stolen?
- First, report the incident to the police and block the serial number (SN) and IMEI number with your service provider.
- Then, notify us about the incident, using the enquiry form. The enquiry form is available here.
Additionally, make sure you provide the police report of the incident and confirmation from your service provider that the IMEI has been blocked.
Accidentally damaged your device?
The repair process will be straightforward and seamless. You will only need to:
- Bring your device to an Apple-authorised service centre.
- Once notified that your device has been repaired, simply come and collect it.
Important: In the case of any of the insured events listed above, please ensure you have the proof of purchase of the device with you when you bring it in, and inform the service provider that you have SmartCare Insurance.

Do I need to activate my SmartCare service?
The Smart Care Extended Warranty and Insurance activate automatically at the time of purchase. No further action is required.

How can I confirm if my device is protected?
You can easily view the duration of your SmartCare certificate on this page. All relevant details will also be available in the email associated with your device registration.

Which devices are eligible for SmartCare?
iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, MacBook, Apple Display, headphones are all eligible for SmartCare.

Depending on the type of service, the coverage lasts from 12 to 36 months.

Can I purchase Insurance and/or an Extended Warranty for my existing Apple product?
Insurance can be purchased at the time of purchasing the device or up to 30 days after that date. Extended Warranty can be purchased at the time of purchasing the device or during the warranty period.

Where does the insurance coverage apply?
The use of the product is covered worldwide during travel, provided that any repair or replacement is conducted in the Baltic States at Apple-authorised service centres.

- Accidental loss or disappearance of the product due to negligence, damage resulting from intentional acts, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s performance.
- Mechanical and/or electronic malfunctions, regardless of their cause.
- Third-party or other Apple-branded ancillary items, accessories, or peripherals that were not included as part of an insured Apple product.
- Repairs or replacements that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or Apple’s one-year limited warranty or extended warranty.
- Correction of incorrect settings and configurations.
- Routine servicing, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Damage to or loss of software or data or software recovery and reinstallation.
- Any indirect loss or damage.
- Any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly from war (declared or undeclared), acts of foreign enemies, or the confiscation or destruction of property ordered by any government and national or local authority.

Can I cancel my insurance contract?
The insurance contract can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase or in accordance with the statutory procedure, with a full refund of the amount paid. Additional terms may apply, which can be found in the SmartCare Insurance Terms and Conditions.
